Private Fertility Yoga Sessions

A gentle yoga practice, with emphasis on breathing and on restorative postures to encourage deep relaxation and to increase blood flow to the womb, hips, heart, and other abdominal organs. 

Only available for 1on1 sessions - this is so that we can customise your practice according to wherever you are at in your IVF journey (like during the 2WW). This is your opportunity to get guidance to increase awareness and deepen your connection to your body.

6 Week Group Fertility Support Program

This is a 6 week Mind-Body-Soul Fertility Support program that will offer you an opportunity to connect with others, who are going through IVF. You will learn evidence-based mind-body techniques plus other self-care tools that will give you ease in your fertility journey. All practices will be taught in a way that is accessible and adaptable and can continue to be practice on your own.
