FERTILITY BLOG
To share or not to share ? I share my struggles about keeping my IVF struggles private on the gram, using Kristen Wiig as an anecdote.
if I could turn back the clock, these are 5 things I would advise my 40 year old self to look within herself before starting IVF. And also get access to a beautiful journal prompt that will help create more peace and easefulmess in the day-to-day IVF Life.
If you’ve been with me since I started Braving Infertility, I always say that yoga helped me stay calm through all the ups and down of IVF.
My practice gave me a lot of tools that gave me the space to grow and shift my mindset. And one of those tools is balancing effort with ease, which comes from the Yoga Sutra “Sthira Sukham Asanam.”
This post basically and selfishly - is me self-promoting my class, but really I’m sharing what I love and what is working for me and my passion for Yoga AND self care and how these 2 has helped me thrive in my IVF Journey!
I was inspired with this week’s post by Gabby Bernstein’s coaching lesson - Release Holiday Stress! I created this resource to hopefully empower and inspire those who's suffered from recurrent implantation failures and failed IVF cycles. IVF warriors. Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness. Baby Loss Awareness. IVF support.
What is missing in our IVF community is support for a group of women who’s gone through multiple IVF cycles. I see you, and I want to recognise your courage and your losses. I’m writing this post to honour ALL EMBABIES (whether they've implanted or not) in light of the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month 2023.

I never thought that I would need to strengthen my “inner peace” muscle, while navigating the IVF journey! I think I take it for granted, but there is so many noise in your head, creating a permanent space for peace and quiet in my inner world is very much needed.
This blog post is about why it's important to cultivate inner peace, why it became something that I yearn for throughout my IVF journey. If you read till the end, I'll share a mantra that has been helpful towards getting me closer to peacefulness in my heart.
It’s International Self Care Day on Sunday (24 July) perfect for #selfcaresunday Let’s make that day our Self-Care B**ch Day!
Dealing with pregnancy announcements is hard especially if you are struggling with infertility.
Like most IVF warriors, in the beginning of my IVF journey, I got triggered by pregnant women in my condo, hearing pregnancy news, and seeing babies in the prams in the park. That was like 5 years ago. And I found my own way to successfully deal with them.
And so it was surprising when I got triggered by Chrissy Teigen’s 4th baby news. I’m deeply in inquiry because I've not been triggered in a while, not even when an IVF sister had her 3rd child recently through IVF, nor when my sister had my beautiful niece, or when I arrived at my sister's house for my nephew's birthday, and found the house overrun by horde of small kids.
In today’s post, I’ll share a prayer that was helpful in dealing with Chrissy’s baby news. And why forgiveness is the key to releasing judgement and living a peaceful and kinder life.
What you need to know about Yoga, Fertility Yoga and IVF Yoga. This is blog series pertaining to the 3 phase of IVF Yoga (Pre-retrieval, Pre- transfer, 2WW)
I get this question every time I meet someone new in the IVF community and they heard my story. Like how do I stay strong ? How do I keep going? How do I keep on doing the things I do?
in my post today, I'll share the not-so-secret secret that has helped through the emotional struggles, the sadness, the loss that this fertility journey brings, and I hope it will bring you some light and peace.
Being gentle was an important lesson I learnt during my IVF journey, which is so needed in all aspects of my life. When I added "gentleness" into my way of being, it becomes easier to forgive myself, to accept things and to surrender things I can't control, feelings and thoughts that I don't need - to give it up to the universe, so I can get to trust myself more and a create a life of joy, love and abundance.
In this blog post, we'll explore debunk these 5 objections/myths to meditation, my why, why meditation is essential to improve success in IVF and offer tips on how you can start meditating.

So you heard that Yoga is a kind of exercise that can help in improving fertility.
And you read about it.
But you never took action or you just tried one class or you’re just too busy.
Does that sound familiar?
