Try this 5 mins Fertility Boosting Morning Flow

Haven't ever wondered if there is any easier and efficient way to do yoga?

I have! Maybe it's just me.

When I first started Fertility Yoga during IVF, I was struggled with incorporating yoga into my already busy lifestyle of pills, injections, and appointments and then I figured out that I didn't need to do a lot, just enough to get my mind and body energized and calm.

I created this yoga flow i because I was determined to do something about my yoga practice and shift my mood in the morning. I wanted to make it consistent, but how do I that, when I didnt’ have time and the mental capacity. And at the back of my mind I wanted to keep my cycle safe as well.

If you've attended my Yoga for Self- Care class, you know that there is a segment, where we moved our body with our breath for 5-10 mins. And I got inspired when a student requested that we do the same flow for the entire month.

And I thought “Oh - this is simple, 5-10 mins - I can do this.” Then having to teach and practice the flow, gave me the courage to adapt it safely when I was going through my transfer.

So yes, this practice that you get to do here - is what I did on my 6th transfer cycle, every morning.

And depending on how many breaths you take, it'll take 5-7 mins.

The other thing that I wanted to be easier and efficient is - editing this video.

It was originally a reel that I did for Dandi Fertility on IG.

This video came about because I had this bright idea that since I had the longer video which I shortened to fit the IG reel, so why not put the former up on youtube?

Didn't realise how painful it was when at first I couldn't figure out how to do a voiceover, and then the video wasn't long enough for me to say what I wanted to say. So more editing.

My biggest takeaway was that I've conquered my resistance to iMovie.

So what I see in the video is not perfection, but you know what, if I could write a blog, back when I thought that I cannot write, who knows what’s going to happen in this space.

I hope you enjoy and I would appreciate your feedback.

With love, light and abundance,

Sophie
