What's Your Word?

What's Your Word?

Can you live your life with just one Word? A word that represent your values and how you want to show up in the world.

I’ve been living my life through 2 words - courage and possibilities. Whenever I feel resistance or I get stuck, I ask myself - what’s possible here? How can I practice courage in this moment?

I’m giving you the opportunity to discover your Word for life Here… are you up for it.

Start your New Year with New Possibilities

Start your New Year with New Possibilities

Start your new year full of with new possibilities rather than a dreary prospect of writing “not another” new year resolution that you’ve had year after year.

Dare to Imagine! Dare to Hope! Dare to Dream!

What will you do? What will you do?

The possibilities are endless.

We Don't Do Enough Of What We Know

We Don't Do Enough Of What We Know

Are you aware of the voices in your head?

I’ve plenty - one in particular - the "self-righteous" voice keeps scolding me with this particular line:

"You don't enough of the things you know!"

You know, by now that the voices won't stop chattering!

What are you doing about it?

Yes, it's the end of the year. It's too late.

Yet it's never too late to do something that will make your heart lighter.

This week’s post is a little reminder to all of us to screw everything else, and just do what you need to do.

If you see something wrong, why are you not doing anything about it?
