Being gentle was an important lesson I learnt during my IVF journey, which is so needed in all aspects of my life. When I added "gentleness" into my way of being, it becomes easier to forgive myself, to accept things and to surrender things I can't control, feelings and thoughts that I don't need - to give it up to the universe, so I can get to trust myself more and a create a life of joy, love and abundance.
