How to be Happy (It's simple, but not easy)

How to be Happy (It's simple, but not easy)

Today’s post is inspired by a Ted Talk by Mel Robbins that will empower you to create a life that you want.

Yesterday does not determine what happen today, so  let's wipe the slate clean. And begin again.

Start your New Year with New Possibilities

Start your New Year with New Possibilities

Start your new year full of with new possibilities rather than a dreary prospect of writing “not another” new year resolution that you’ve had year after year.

Dare to Imagine! Dare to Hope! Dare to Dream!

What will you do? What will you do?

The possibilities are endless.

We Don't Do Enough Of What We Know

We Don't Do Enough Of What We Know

Are you aware of the voices in your head?

I’ve plenty - one in particular - the "self-righteous" voice keeps scolding me with this particular line:

"You don't enough of the things you know!"

You know, by now that the voices won't stop chattering!

What are you doing about it?

Yes, it's the end of the year. It's too late.

Yet it's never too late to do something that will make your heart lighter.

This week’s post is a little reminder to all of us to screw everything else, and just do what you need to do.

If you see something wrong, why are you not doing anything about it?

What We Want To Make Happen is ............... a BABY (Our IVF Story)

What We Want To Make Happen is ............... a BABY (Our IVF Story)

This is a special story - yep - I’m scared to share this story, and I need to share it because I’m up to something bigger in my life, which is much bigger than my fears and my concerns.

Some of you have been with me for so long, and I’ve wrote about the power of stepping out of my edge, getting out of my comfort zone - and so I want to drop all those negative thoughts and be a stand for what my life is for - empowering others in living life with courage and loving kindness. What I want to make happen is a safe space for the IVF community to connect and also to share how Baptiste Yoga has made an impact on my IVF journey.

The post is long and needed to be told.

Think Less, Be More

Think Less, Be More

This is the 6th Principle of the Eight Universal Principles for Stepping up to the Edge by Baron Baptiste taken from his book - “Journey into Power”.)

For all you Human Thinkers out there, drop thinking and fixing and just Be a Human Being.

In Order To Heal, We Must Feel

In Order To Heal, We Must Feel

(This is the 5th of the Eight Universal Principles for Stepping up to the Edge by Baron Baptiste taken from his book -“Journey into Power”.)

It's about shame, about being vulnerable, about feeling what you feel which is uncomfortable and scary. And you know what - It's ok if you are feeling angry. It's Ok if you're feeling Sad. It’s ok not be ok. Feel What you are feeling. Stop hiding.

Since you're here, you're READY NOW.

Growth Is the Most Important Thing There Is

Growth Is the Most Important Thing There Is

Where in your Life are you staying in your comfort zone?

The thing is what's wrong with staying in the comfort zone?

Nothing!

It's safe. It's safer than not knowing what will happen beyond the comfort zone. What's beyond the comfort zone is scary! Because there is uncertainty and you're scared of what you don't know.

But what's possible beyond the comfort zone? Beyond your Edge?

Growth.

And the opportunity to test your secret super power of Courage.

The 3rd principle of Baron's Baptiste's "8 Universal Principles of Stepping up to the Edge" is about acknowledging that Growth is the Most important there is and that in order to grow, you need to accept your Fears as it is. Your fears are stopping from what you want to make happen in your life.
