Throwback to when Baron Baptiste came to Singapore in Aug 2016; and when the little seeds of Baptiste magic started trickling in.
I’ve never thought I’d be part of a community that would inspire me to want to share as much as I can of this practice to my friends, my family, my peeps and everyone.
How lucky were we that Baron popped by our little island and led a powerful Baptiste Yoga session on the lawn on Victoria Theatre, surrounded by the iconic view of the CBD sky rise, Boat Quay and Fullerton Hotel.

I was going to go with friends, Riana and Yvette whom I first met during the 40 days To Personal Revolution - a Baptiste Yoga program back in 2012.
And then I had a call from Betty, who is one of two Baptiste certified teachers in Singapore who ask if I want to assist Baron on that day!
Oh hell yeah!
That’s how my cookie crumbled.
